My discount does not work

1. Enter your code into the designated field in the shopping basket.
2. Important: After entering the code, click the button with the tick (✔) to activate the voucher. The discount will only be deducted from the total once this is done.
3. If it does not work, an error message will appear. Please note that vouchers are often not valid on sets, already discounted items, or the code may have expired.
